Kasimer & Annino, P.C. is pleased to announce that M. Joseph Pierce has become a principal in the firm effective January 1, 2011. Mr. Pierce will continue to focus on construction and employment matters. The firm would also like to announce that Stephen J. Annino has now been admitted to the Pennsylvania State Bar which will allow the firm to expand its practice area to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Stephen Annino has been awarded the highest attorney rating given by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell. The rating was derived from an extensive and confidential peer review by members of the local bar which serves the area. Mr. Annino now joins a select group of lawyers who have been recognized for their legal expertise and professional stature. In addition to being a member of the bars of the State of Maryland, Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia, Mr. Annino has now also been admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Joseph Kasimer recently appeared in the 2010 Greater Washington Legal Elite List published in Washington SmartCEO. He was also selected to the Virginia Super Lawyers list for 2009 and was featured in The Super Lawyers Magazine. Joe was previously selected to the list of Super Lawyers in the DC area for 2006, 2007 and 2008.
Gina L. Schaecher became a principal in the firm effective January 1, 2009.

Mr. Kasimer has been designated as a Fellow of the Construction Specifications Institute for his educational contributions.
